Frances Cobian is the Founder and President of Leading Beyond Expectations Outreach. Frances is a dedicated public servant. Frances is passionate for leaving a legacy as a faithful servant. She has worked in NEW YORK CITY: Rehabilitation Centers, Board of Education, Community Organizations, Police Departments at NYC and Buffalo, the Federal Prison at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, Area Administrator for Administration For Children Services, Foster Care, Kingship Programs, Human Resources, Office of Domestic Violence and Intervention, Learning and Counseling Centers, New York City Changers Citizen Advocacy against Foreclosures. Pastor Frances Cobian is the Senior Pastor at House of God’s Power Ministries (Mobilized Church). She holds the offices of: a Chaplain, Clown, Comedian, Musical Engineer, Composer, Author, Youth Mentor with Amenti, Director and Producer of Dramas/skits, Social Worker, Legal Consultant, Seamstress, Certified Mentor, Crime Victims Compensation Provider and Service Provider by the Florida Attorney General Office Crime Prevention. Presently, Frances is launching out a campaign for Intervention Tour across America with seven youth who were Human Traffic Victims.
Melissa Fournellier assembles the productions of our intervention, prevention and awareness dramas, workshops, spoken words, games, contest and individual training concerning Stand Your Ground Law, Human Trafficking, Suicide, Prescription Drug Abuse, Safety in the Technology Age, Bullying, Gang Violence, Crime, Baby Mama Drama, Lost My Dad, Build Boys Not Repair Men, Modern Day Job.
Erica Montgomery, L.B.E. Parent Advocate. Erica undertakes the development, implementation and delivery of an effective advocacy service for parents with who have children that are victims of Bullying, Sex Texting, Human Trafficking, homelessness living in Dade County. Erica is responsible for identifying people with a purpose who are in a crisis stage and people who already have children ensuring that information given to prospective parents/ new parents is easily understandable.
Brenay Branch is multi-talented she is a survivor of Bullying and an Advocate against Sex Texting and Human
Trafficking. Brenay loves videographics, photography, acting and developing skits on Intervention, prevention
and awareness. Brenay has a special interest in Forensic Nurse and Case Work. Presently, Brenay is
concentrating on her "Stand Your Ground Drama" for this summer 2016.
Victim Services Practitioner Designation
Tina Abbate is certified with the State Attorney General’s Office for Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute: to work as Victim’s Practitioners for Leading Beyond Expectation She is an uplifting parent of two boys Sal 18 and Joey 6 years old. In May 2011 both Tina and Bill her husband completed training as Victim's Practitioners. Tina also completed the Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute: Helping Children Cope with Trauma, Advocacy, Safety and Technology and Teen Dating Violence in the Technology Age,
Tina’s story is one of hope for other parents that have suffered the loss of their child because she lost her daughter as a teenager in a car accident which her mother was driving and her son was in a coma but, God saved his life. She encourages families by promoting spiritual healing through the word of God and the acceptance of how our children are in heaven. It's Tina’s memoir and it is her hope that she will be used as an instrument to ease the pain of other parents who are going through the pain of losing a lost one.
Minister Eric Robinson is certified with the State Attorney General’s Office for Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute and is no stranger to crime. As a matter of fact, the former gang member has seen it all with a string of arrests including assault and battery, domestic violence, theft, and cocaine possession. But in 1998, while doing time in a Dade County jail, Robinson’s life was forever changed. An out-of-body experience brought Robinson to the Lord, Jesus Christ, in a way that few of us can truly understand and appreciate. Eric Robinson has a passion for juvenile delinquency intervention and prevention. After having his rights restored by the governor, Robinson shared his own testimony with a hearing officer at the Department of Juvenile Justice in Tallahassee in order to gain access to youth who are making the same mistakes that he did more than ten years ago. A newlywed and board member of Survivors Against Violence (SAV), which he runs with his wife, Robinson plans to continue his work as an activist and hopes to develop a full-time ministry for aiding the youth in South Florida.
Carleen Vincent-Robinson is certified with the State Attorney General’s Office for Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute and brings a wide girth of information regarding domestic violence to the table. She uses her own experiences as a survivor and advocate to encourage discussion and debate on the issues revolving around domestic and the long-term consequences thereof; consequently, domestic violence is a common theme in her lectures at Florida International University. Currently, Carleen speaks at various forums, nationally, about intimate partner violence and the obstacles that many women face in leaving their relationships such as factors facing immigrant victims. She lives in South Florida and plans to continue working with at-risk youth and advocating for the needs of young people, Haitians, and domestic violence
Public Relations Officer
Irving Aboite has a specialty in motivational speaking, Irving is a solo performer Christian Rapper, he goes by the name "BLIND". God placed it on Irving's heart to use his gifts to advocate to the community and to display his passion to those who have lost hope. Irving almost died were the Doctors lost hope. He "SURVIVED", in effect, he raps a song called "I WILL SURVIVE".
After wanting a deeper level of expression in his mission and journey he joined Leading Beyond Expectation Outreach. As Public Relations Officer Irving specializes in organizing and engaging youths to participate in workshops, conference and youth activities which promote intervention, prevention and awareness of the challenges youth face daily.
Chaplain/Minister Richard Thomas Castillo
Chaplain/Minister Richard is committed to the mission department of Leading Beyond Expectations. He believes in helping develop communities of extreme poverty through social projects. These projects are part of a larger cause that focuses on producing real, long-term change in these communities. He is a Worshiper and with over 10 years of missions experience in the inner cities and hundreds of successful testimonies of God's favor and mercy. Chaplain/Minister Richard has the experience, resources, and knowledge to assist you in making your mission trip vision a reality.

Behavioral Health Advocate
Tonia Solis, works independently providing mentorship to individual, couples, family in multiple community based settings including churches. Tonia supports recovering substance abusers with obtaining resources. Tonia provides effective presentations of information and responds to questions from groups of clients, customers, and the general public. Overall Tonia assist with the wellness of clients and provides transportation for our clients. .
Substance Abuse Counselor
Ramon Maisonet is an author, playwright and motivational speaker who was born and raised in the Bronx, New York City . Ramon has attended Audrey Cohen College for Human Services, and upon completion has been providing counseling in various modalities of treatment. For the last 10 years Ramon has been working as a clinician in the field of substance abuse.
Ramon has established a company called MTH/IBG which provides consulting services for agencies that provide intervention for young at risk adolescents. Ramon has provided consulting services throughout the Tri-State area. He has also written a book called “The Process to the Promise” which is also being utilized as an intervention for young at risk adolescents. From the book a curriculum was born which is currently being utilized in New York City in a variety of programs such as Henry Street Settlement, The Dome Project and with several churches in New York City
Lea researches new ideas and activities for the program – based on current trends. Arts & Crafts – that help enhance the activity that is being offered. Activity Themes Parties - Creating themed events incorporating decorations / accessories for the staff.

Chyann Alamo, structured and trusted caring youth who has a passion and gift in listening to children and youth. We at L.B.E. understand that there are about 17 million children in America who live in at-risk situations that deter them from living to their true potential, according to MENTORS, and mentors across the nation are developing relationships with youth that empower these children to succeed.
